Required Skills: •This position will support LTSSMaryland stakeholders by guiding them through the Application Development Life Cycle (ADLC), including requirements definition, testing, validation, and release activities, while ensuring alignment with program goals and technical constraints. •Additionally, this position will support, consult, and may be responsible for projects within the Medicaid IT project ecosystem as assigned.
