Required Skills: •Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) to ensure optimal performance and availability. •Analyze business requirements and implement system configurations or integrations to support factory and office operations. •Partner cross-functionally with second and thirdlevel support teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical issues. •Document system processes, configurations, and support activities in a ticketing system. •Provide training and guidance to endusers on system functionality and best practices. •Manage system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure compatibility and stability. •Analyze system data to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. •Ensure compliance with factory safety and IT security protocols during system implementations.
