Required Skills: •Develop and maintain enterprise operational dashboards utilizing Power BI, Microsoft Graph, Log Analytics, Defender XDR, Intune, MECM, and Jamf reporting. •Produce executive, operational, and technical reports supporting endpoint modernization initiatives. •Monitor device compliance, encryption status, security posture, software deployment success, patch compliance, and endpoint health. •Analyze endpoint telemetry to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. •Create KPI dashboards measuring enrollment progress, policy compliance, software deployment success, vulnerability remediation, and operational performance. •Support audit requests, RMF activities, ATO sustainment, and cybersecurity reporting requirements. •Validate reporting accuracy across multiple endpoint management platforms. •Develop automated reporting processes utilizing PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, SQL, and Power BI. Qualifications: •The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Public Trust level. •Operational familiarity with Microsoft Graph API. •Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills. •Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. •Knowledge of NIST 800-53 compliance reporting preferred. •PL-300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.
