Required Skills: •We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our Nashville-based IT Infrastructure team. This role is responsible for the design, administration, security, and operational support of enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, cloud, virtualization, and end-user computing platforms. •The ideal candidate is a well-rounded infrastructure professional who is equally comfortable managing Windows Server environments, troubleshooting Linux systems, automating administrative tasks, supporting cloud services, and partnering with cybersecurity and networking teams to maintain a secure and reliable technology environment. •This position will serve as a senior technical resource and escalation point for complex infrastructure issues while contributing to modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments across on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure. •Manage core infrastructure services including Active Directory, Okta, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, certificate services, and identity management platforms. •Support virtualization platforms including VMware and/or Hyper-V. •Maintain enterprise storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. •Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity across infrastructure platforms. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. •Strong experience administering Windows Server environments. •Solid functional working knowledge of Linux administration (Red Hat, Rocky, Ubuntu, or similar distributions). •Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewalls. •Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. •Operational familiarity with Linux server administration in production environments.
