Required Skills: •Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced technical issues from the IT Support team. •Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, identity, and cloud-related issues. •Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf. •Support identity and access management through Okta, Google Workspace, and related authentication technologies. •Assist with provisioning, deprovisioning, and troubleshooting user accounts, devices, and permissions while following IAM best practices. •Support cloud-based infrastructure and services across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other enterprise cloud environments. •Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux operating system issues across both end-user and server environments. •Assist with networking troubleshooting involving DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
