This role focuses on frontline technical support, workstation deployment, classroom and audiovisual technology, and day-to-day endpoint support while working alongside experienced IT professionals. •Provide frontline technical support in person, remotely, and through a service request process •Troubleshoot Windows and macOS computers, software, user accounts, printers, peripherals, and connectivity issues •Set up workstations, replace equipment, assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, and support office moves •Support classroom, conference room, and audiovisual technologies including displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, speakers, and conferencing systems •Perform routine equipment checks to help ensure classrooms and meeting spaces are ready for use •Assist with computer deployment, approved software installation, peripheral configuration, device enrollment, and operating system updates Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent •Demonstrated knowledge or experience supporting computers, technology, or end users •Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals •Demonstrated capacity to troubleshoot common computer and technology problems •Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills •Demonstrated capacity to learn new technologies and follow established technical procedures •Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
