Required Skills: •The onsite position reports to our IT Manager, supports our onsite and offsite employees, and maintains hardware and software, including Apple Products, Windows PCs, servers, networking equipment, and computer-driven manufacturing equipment. •Performs setup of new hire user accounts and deactivations. •Provides end-user support onsite for remote employees. •Installs, troubleshoots and maintains new IT equipment, including Mac/PC/Chromebook devices and peripheral devices related to factory infrastructure. •Records, updates, and escalates requests using the Asana task system. •Assists with the installation and maintenance of computer-driven manufacturing equipment. •Other duties as requested to support our manufacturing and remote departments.
