(PSI) has an immediate need for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Easley, SC. •The IT Support Specialist provides technical support and customer service to employees across office and field operations. •This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, printers, and business applications while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. •The IT Support Specialist serves as a key point of contact for technology issues and assists with IT projects, equipment deployments, onboarding, and security initiatives. •Provide first-level and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. •Respond to and resolve support tickets within established service levels. •Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. •Assist with support for enterprise applications (Procore, Fieldwire, Acumatica). Qualifications: •Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience. •2–5 years of IT support or help desk experience. •Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites as needed. •Operational familiarity with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management. •Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies. •Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
