Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, OR an associate degree in an IT-related field with 10 years of IT Lead experience. •Current certification meeting DCWF Information Systems Security Manager (722) at the Intermediate/Advanced proficiency level (e.g., CISSP or CISM); minimum 20 hours of continuing professional development (CPD) annually. •Program management, including task delegation, performance tracking, and personnel development. •Overseeing complex datacenter environments such as server virtualization, network infrastructure, and storage. •Cybersecurity principles, methodologies, and best practices. •NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF). •National and international cyber laws, regulations, and standards. •Network security architecture and technologies. •Vulnerability management and penetration testing. •Disaster recovery and business continuity planning (DR/BCP).
