Required Skills: •Provide onsite Tier 1 technical support for PCs, end-user devices, peripherals, printers, operating systems, and application software •Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues •Perform desktop and end-user device deployments, installations, replacements, upgrades, and configurations •Diagnose and resolve basic TCP/IP and network connectivity issues •Perform hardware break/fix support and escalate more complex issues as needed •Install, configure, and support Microsoft-based desktop environments and applications •Troubleshoot and support printers and peripheral equipment •Assist with technology deployment projects and other IT initiatives Qualifications: •Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting and break/fix experience •Solid functional working knowledge of TCP/IP and network connectivity troubleshooting •Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills •Demonstrated capacity to work onsite in Philadelphia from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM •Reliable transportation to travel between local facilities as needed •Healthcare or hospital IT experience, project deployment experience, A+ certification, printer support experience, medical terminology knowledge, or military experience.
