Required Skills: •Provide first-line technical support to employees in person, by phone, and remotely, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and account issues. •Set up and configure workstations, laptops, monitors, printers, and other peripherals for new hires and the new office build-out. •Install, configure, and maintain business software, operating systems, and security tools on end-user devices. •Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests in coordination with client IT and HR (onboarding/offboarding support). •Maintain basic network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, cabling coordination) and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors. •Track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system; document recurring issues and solutions. •Assist with IT asset inventory, procurement coordination, and vendor communication for the new office. •Support video conferencing, meeting room AV, and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace). Qualifications: •Solid functional working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems; basic familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting). •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues in clear, non-technical language. •Comfortable working independently in a new/growing office environment with less day-to-day on-site senior support. •Good communication skills in English; Spanish fluency required given the Mexico-based location. •Demonstrated capacity to lift/move IT equipment (up to ~25 lbs) as needed for office setup.
