This position will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and effective technology services that support students, faculty, staff, and school operations. •Report directly to the Director of Operations and will provide leadership across school technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, devices, systems, and technical support. •Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of the school’s IT operations and technology environment. •Supervise and coordinate technical support for faculty, staff, and students. •Manage and maintain the school’s network, servers, computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and other technology infrastructure. •Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability and address issues proactively. •Oversee cybersecurity practices, data protection, user access, and technology security protocols. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. •Significant professional experience in information technology, systems administration, network administration, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience providing senior IT leadership and operational oversight. •Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, endpoint devices, operating systems, and technology systems. •Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project-management skills. •Relevant professional certifications are a plus. •Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. •Excellent communication and customer-service skills. •The ability to prioritize and manage multiple technology initiatives. •Strong organizational and documentation skills.
