In this role you will get to focus on providing excellent user support, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, and learning from more experienced team members. •This role will only be supporting externally facing customer platforms, and not internal Parsons IT systems. •Windows 11 environments and Dell laptops. •Cisco Meraki infrastructure. •Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Intune MDM. •IOS device setup and management using Apple Business Manager. •Assist with monitoring IT systems and escalating issues to Level 2 support or senior team members as needed. Qualifications: •1–2 years of IT support experience or equivalent coursework/internship experience. •Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange). •Operational familiarity with IT ticketing systems like Zendesk or similar platforms. •Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. •A willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the team. •Exposure to Cisco Meraki systems or similar networking tools. •Basic understanding of endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune. •Operational familiarity with iOS device setup and management. •Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, Microsoft MS-900). •This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
