Required Skills: •This role will be the face of IT for our US employees - helping them onboard seamlessly, stay productive, and feel supported across all their technology needs. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of macOS environments, device management tools (JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune, or similar), and identity systems (Jumpcloud, Okta, Google Workspace or similar). •Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance-oriented environments. •Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. •Hungry to learn and grow with the ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. •Operational familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC2, or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks. •Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment. •Network administration or infrastructure experience (i.e. Meraki). •Employees are required to work from the office 3 days a week and 2 days from home. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
