Qualifications: •Applied hands-on capability in developing integrations in iPaaS platforms like Boomi. •Solid functional working knowledge of API concepts including authentication (OAuth, API keys), data mapping, webhooks, and basic error handling. •Demonstrated capacity to write or maintain scripts or automation rules across one or more languages or platforms (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Jira Automation, or Okta Workflows). •Operational familiarity with SaaS administration across collaboration, productivity, or identity tools (e.g., Atlassian, Google Workspace, Okta, or similar). •Curiosity and openness to working with emerging AI and LLM tooling as part of the IT software portfolio. •Strong written communication skills; ability to produce clear documentation and runbooks. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance from senior team members. •Strong troubleshooting instincts and willingness to dig into unfamiliar systems. •The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles. •Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
