Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to travel to firm offices and industry events as required. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds when supporting endpoint deployment activities. •Availability to support critical incidents outside normal business hours when necessary. •BitLocker, Windows LAPS, Conditional Access •Enterprise software packaging and deployment •Mobile Device Management (iOS/Android) •ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform •Tanium or equivalent endpoint management platform (preferred) •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
