Qualifications: •5 + years of experience, preferably in Banking or Finance •Understanding of data management principles, data governance, and regulatory requirements, particularly regarding data quality coverage and monitoring of sensitive and critical data •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data quality assessment skills. •Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences, drive consensus, and influence stakeholders •Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives •Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills •Demonstrates the ability to examine a specific problem and understand the perspective of stakeholders; uses fact-finding techniques to identify and document specific problems •Strong organizational acumen, including understanding of systems, management processes, and information sources •Strong business acumen: understanding of how data quality impacts business units and how data quality programs support business objectives •Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 products (Word, Excel, PPT) Compensation: •$80,000 - $150,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
