Hiring: IT Senior Data Quality Analyst Company: KeyBank Location: Brooklyn, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:11:02 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : AWS, GCP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Project Management, Quality Assurance, SQL, Stakeholder Management About the job Experience: •2+ years of experience in data quality, ideally establishing, operationalizing, and continuously improving aspects of a data quality program and practices (e.g., DCAM) Required Skills: •The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead through influence, drive team execution, and coordinate complex workstreams across stakeholders while operating as a senior individual contributor. •Lead the daily operations within the Coverage team. •Drive organization & orchestration of tasks within the Coverage team •Take ownership & help drive the Enterprise Data Quality Coverage strategy. •Serve as the senior technical expert for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of DQL-based data quality rules aligned to both enterprise standards and business objectives. •Partner cross-functionally with data owners and stakeholders to define and implement SQL based rules in the Key DQ application. •Lead internal code (quality rule) review & quality assurance processes. •Facilitate interactive sessions with stakeholders to review and enhance rule results. Qualifications: •5 + years of experience, preferably in Banking or Finance •Understanding of data management principles, data governance, and regulatory requirements, particularly regarding data quality coverage and monitoring of sensitive and critical data •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data quality assessment skills. •Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences, drive consensus, and influence stakeholders •Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives •Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills •Demonstrates the ability to examine a specific problem and understand the perspective of stakeholders; uses fact-finding techniques to identify and document specific problems •Strong organizational acumen, including understanding of systems, management processes, and information sources •Strong business acumen: understanding of how data quality impacts business units and how data quality programs support business objectives •Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 products (Word, Excel, PPT) Compensation: •$80,000 - $150,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
