Oversees recruitment, development, retention, and performance to build strong talent. •Plans and leads low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards. •Ensures the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems. Collaborates with key stakeholders and internal groups to identify needs, deliver effective solutions, and support business objectives. •Ensures safe, reliable and secure operations of Operational Technology (OT), partnering with enterprise IT & refining business to maintain, upgrade, and optimize critical refinery process control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLCs). •Manages Cybersecurity & Compliance by implementing robust cybersecurity measures across IT and OT environments, conducts vulnerability assessments in partnership with enterprise IT, leads incident response, and ensures compliance with industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, OSHA, EPA). •Ensures high availability, redundancy, and segmentation of refinery networks, ensure IT controls are applied at the site, and oversees lifecycle management of hardware and software assets. •Supports IT product teams in securing business buy-in, deploying and driving adoption of digital transformation initiatives at the site, including but not limited to IoT, edge computing, and digital twin. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree required.
