This person will provide dedicated ownership to important projects that require stronger coordination, structure, and follow-through. •Manage multiple small to midsized technology projects from initiation through completion. •Take ownership of projects, requests, and requirements that need additional coordination and follow-through. •Gather and document high-level business and technical requirements. •Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and status reports. •Schedule and lead meetings, document decisions, and consistently follow up on outstanding items. •Coordinate across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. •Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and escalate them appropriately. Qualifications: •Approximately five or more years of hands-on project management experience. •Solid understanding of fundamental project management practices. •Previous experience working in an Agile environment. •Demonstrated capacity to independently manage several smaller projects and competing priorities. •Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. •Effective stakeholder-management and communication skills. •Willingness to handle execution-heavy work and take ownership of projects that need additional support. •Collaborative, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working without a large support structure. •PMP, Scrum Master, or a related certification. •Applied hands-on capability in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
