Hiring: IT Project Manager Company: ALTEN Technology USA Location: Kinston, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:56:23 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management About the job Required Skills: •Lead and coordinate •IT / Information Management projects supporting the Kinston site and its business operations. •Manage projects from initiation through delivery, including scope, planning, milestones, resources, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. •Act as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, manufacturing/engineering teams, IT teams, vendors, and management •Understand business and operational requirements and translate them into structured IT project activities and priorities. •Maintain project roadmaps, schedules, action plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and delivery plans. •Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive mitigation and escalation when required. •Ensure effective communication and visibility regarding project progress, priorities, blockers, and decisions.
