Required Skills: •Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives, including business system implementations, upgrades, cloud and infrastructure projects, analytics modernization, integrations, platform modernization, and business process improvements. •Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and implementation roadmaps. •Develop and maintain detailed project plans and coordinate execution across business, development, QA, architecture, infrastructure, security, and operations teams. •Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery commitments. •Adapt project delivery approaches based on appropriate PMLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, and provide guidance to project teams. •Coordinate UAT planning, readiness reviews, deployment planning, go-live activities, and transition to production operations. •Facilitate project governance meetings, core team meetings, steering committees, sprint ceremonies, and executive reviews as appropriate. •Business Requirements & Stakeholder Management Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Master’s degree is a plus. •Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise software, business systems, infrastructure, or technology transformation projects. •In-depth knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. •Proven ability to define project scope, establish schedules, coordinate resources, manage budgets and risks, communicate status, and successfully deliver project outcomes. •Solid functional working knowledge of enterprise project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet. •Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across executive leadership, business operations, technology teams, and external partners. •Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to independently communicate with a broad range of technical and business stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivery commitments. •Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, business processes, and tools and share knowledge effectively with others.
