Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience •Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) •Embrace a growth mindset and Servant Leadership mentality •Strong sense of ownership with regard to project leadership •Understanding of business analysis best practices and ability to facilitate and document requirements. •Understanding of quality assurance best practices, test plan development, and plan execution. •Demonstrated capacity to demonstrate sound judgement, encourage collaboration and communicate effectively (written and verbal) across multiple levels in the organization. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage competing work demands and multiple initiatives at the same time. •PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred •Preference for work experience in delivering enterprise solutions used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Such solutions include CRM, service and repair operations, organization websites and applications, and learning management systems.
