Qualifications: •Strong experience leading projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, systems, and dependencies. •Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, risks, issues, resources, dependencies, and deliverables. •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, vendors, and leadership. •Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams in a complex environment. •In-depth knowledge of standard IT project management methodologies, governance, and change-control practices. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Previous experience supporting MNIT, Minnesota state agencies, or the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC).
