Focuses the development team to ensure execution of roadmap and delivery of new features. •Define product vision, and maintain product roadmap •Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and facilitate regular communication to understand user needs to ensure features and products are aligned with business objectives •Understand complex business processes in order to gather feature requirements from users of many different backgrounds •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements •Turn product features into epics and story backlogs, breaking feature requirements down into user-centric work items •Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives based on business value and feasibility. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, business, marketing, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience. •Product management certification, such as Certified Product Manager (CPM), is desirable. •Regular weekly schedule; weekends or holidays as needed •The working conditions and physical environments described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
