Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (OR) 7 years of related experience •Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. •Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent preferred; demonstrates agile product management competency. •PMP/PMI-ACP/ SAFe POPM (or similar) preferred to support delivery planning and cross-team execution. •Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and translate vision into an actionable roadmap and prioritized backlog. •Strong user-centered design mindset; ability to incorporate patient, caregiver, and clinician feedback into requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes; comfort with ambiguity and iterative delivery. •Proficiency collaborating with engineering, UX, and data teams; working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system constraints. •Strong stakeholder management and executive communication; able to align diverse priorities to a shared plan. •Knowledge of healthcare workflows and digital patient experience (portals, scheduling, check-in, messaging, telehealth) preferred.
