Required Skills: •Serve as a primary support contact for day-to-day infrastructure operations by monitoring and responding to incidents submitted through the service management platform. •Partner with the internal Help Desk and third-party vendors to help ensure store connectivity performs as expected. •Support infrastructure performance by assisting with provisioning, modifying, and maintaining servers and cloud-based resources. •Provide technical support for store systems using approved secure remote support tools, such as Bomgar/BeyondTrust. •Support and maintain edge infrastructure that enables critical store and site operations. •Assist with deploying, monitoring, and validating Microsoft security patches and operating system updates across supported infrastructure to help maintain system stability, security, and compliance. •Use basic scripting, such as PowerShell or Python, to assist with automation, troubleshooting, and operational support activities. •Monitor production systems for availability, capacity, and performance.
