Required Skills: •Define and drive the overall SAP architecture roadmap for the FAR program, ensuring alignment with finance transformation goals, enterprise architecture standards, and business priorities. •Lead end-to-end solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI/CO, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, reporting, and integration touchpoints. •Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, enterprise architecture, security, data, and external implementation partners to translate business requirements into practical, scalable architecture designs. •Guide fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, design decisions, integration patterns, data migration strategy, reporting architecture, and control requirements. •Provide technical and functional leadership during blueprinting, build, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization phases. •Ensure architecture decisions support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, financial controls, data quality, performance, resiliency, and operational supportability. •Manage architecture governance, design reviews, decision logs, risks, dependencies, and escalation of cross-functional issues. •Mentor architects, analysts, and technical teams while helping business stakeholders understand architecture trade-offs in clear, non-technical language. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or SAP certification preferred.
