Hours may fluctuate and exceed 40 hours in some weeks. •Responsible for managing and maintaining the bank’s IT infrastructure. In addition to the day-to-day system administration duties, this position is responsible for assisting vendors in support of networks, cloud environments, and tech support frameworks to keep the business agile, secure, and always online. •Provides technical leadership within the department. •Ensures proper security and disaster recovery capabilities are maintained •Develop and execute backup and recovery plan •Oversee the maintenance of user profile security •Manage IT projects following the IT Project Management methodology, ensuring projects come in on time and within budget •Manage the IT Generalist who is directly responsible for the Desktop and Help Desk team Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required.
