Hiring: IT Infrastructure Manager Company: CoreFirst Bank & Trust Location: Topeka, KS Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 13:07:43 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : AWS, Agile, Azure, GCP, IaaS, Okta, Project Management, Windows Server About the job Experience: •15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 10 years specializing in the Infrastructure side •History of building, testing, and running systems with low Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) •Demonstrated capacity to personally configure systems, resolve complex technical issues, and function as the final tier of technical support •Demonstrated capacity to provide on-call support Required Skills: •8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; other days and hours as needed. Hours may fluctuate and exceed 40 hours in some weeks. •Responsible for managing and maintaining the bank’s IT infrastructure. In addition to the day-to-day system administration duties, this position is responsible for assisting vendors in support of networks, cloud environments, and tech support frameworks to keep the business agile, secure, and always online. •Provides technical leadership within the department. •Ensures proper security and disaster recovery capabilities are maintained •Develop and execute backup and recovery plan •Oversee the maintenance of user profile security •Manage IT projects following the IT Project Management methodology, ensuring projects come in on time and within budget •Manage the IT Generalist who is directly responsible for the Desktop and Help Desk team Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required.
