Required Skills: •Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy, roadmap, and annual technology priorities in alignment with business objectives. •Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including reliability of servers, networks, PLEX ERP/MRP, computers, telecommunications, cloud applications, user access, and IT policies. •Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including access controls, endpoint protection, backups, security awareness, vulnerability management, incident response and disaster recovery/business continuity plans. •Oversee help desk and technical support activities, ensuring timely resolution of employee technology issues. •Evaluate, select, and manage outside IT vendors, consultants, software providers, and service agreements. •Develop and manage the IT budget, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, software, hardware, and vendor services, and provide regular updates to executive leadership. •Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity, data protection, contractual, and industry requirements. Qualifications: •Comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, systems administration, and data protection. •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. •Natural Born US Citizen or Green Card Holder (ITAR Requirement) •Must speak and read English. •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience managing IT projects, vendors, budgets, and technology implementations. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical problem solving. •Motivated to establish and maintain effective working relationships. •DK CTL Aerospace will provide a salary commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package.
