Required Skills: •Provide desk-side, remote, phone, and email support for employees across multiple company locations. •Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues. •Support Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. •Install, configure, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and related equipment. •Perform workstation setup for new hires, office relocations, and equipment refreshes. •Support user account administration, password resets, onboarding, and offboarding activities. •Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records and assist with equipment procurement, deployment, warranty repairs, and asset lifecycle activities. •Support endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and other mobile device management solutions.
