Work today, get paid today! •The pay range for this position is $65,800 - $80,000 based on direct and relevant experience. •This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Shifts are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. •(75%) IT End User Device Deployment •Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows for provisioning and configuring client devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) across the healthcare organization. •Demonstrated capacity to manage gold images, experience with creating and troubleshooting custom task sequences. •Create, package, and deploy software using modern tools and techniques to ensure scalability, reliability, and minimal user disruption. •Manage and support enterprise endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Maas360. Qualifications: •Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other closely related field. •Two (2) years’ experience in client device engineering or endpoint automation •Two (2) years’ experience managing enterprise-scale deployments using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/MECM/SCCM), JAMF Pro, or equivalent. •One (1) year experience in troubleshooting with advanced client devices, both hardware and software troubleshooting •Solid functional working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and network access control systems. •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other closely related field •Two (2) years’ experience in client device engineering or endpoint automation in a healthcare or highly regulated environment. •Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft InTune, ITIL, Foundation, CompTIA A+ •RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
