Required Skills: •This role will focus on translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, supporting solution design, facilitating user acceptance testing, and helping ensure that IT solutions are adopted successfully by the business. •Engage with business stakeholders to understand problems, opportunities, objectives, and expected outcomes. •Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements. •Map current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical process or system improvements. •Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. •Work closely with IT teams, vendors, project managers, and business users to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements. •Business Process Analysis: Document current-state and future-state processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, and support the definition of more efficient ways of working. •Documentation: Prepare and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, data flows, acceptance criteria, decision logs, and traceability documentation. Qualifications: •Business Analysis Skills: Strong experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability. •Technology Knowledge: Working knowledge of enterprise applications, system integrations, data flows, reporting, IT service management, and software development lifecycle practices. •Tools and Methods: Experience with tools and methods such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, Visio, Power BI, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, BPMN, UML, or similar business analysis and delivery practices. •Automotive or Engineering Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting Engineering, Program Management, manufacturing, automotive, or product development processes is preferred but not required. •Certifications: Business analysis, Agile, ITIL, or project delivery certifications such as IIBA, CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum, or ITIL are beneficial. •Analytical Thinking: Able to break down complex business problems, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions. •Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences. •Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. •Attention to Detail: Produces clear, accurate, and complete documentation that supports effective delivery and decision-making. •Adaptability: Comfortable working across changing priorities, multiple initiatives, and evolving business needs.
