Qualifications: •Business Analysis Skills: Strong experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability. •Technology Knowledge: Working knowledge of enterprise applications, system integrations, data flows, reporting, IT service management, and software development lifecycle practices. •Tools and Methods: Experience with tools and methods such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, Visio, Power BI, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, BPMN, UML, or similar business analysis and delivery practices. •Automotive or Engineering Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting Engineering, Program Management, manufacturing, automotive, or product development processes is preferred but not required. •Certifications: Business analysis, Agile, ITIL, or project delivery certifications such as IIBA, CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum, or ITIL are beneficial. •Analytical Thinking: Able to break down complex business problems, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions. •Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences. •Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. •Attention to Detail: Produces clear, accurate, and complete documentation that supports effective delivery and decision-making. •Adaptability: Comfortable working across changing priorities, multiple initiatives, and evolving business needs.
