In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to identify opportunities, gather requirements, support projects, and deliver technology solutions that improve business operations. •Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, goals, and technology needs. •Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution planning efforts. •Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional requirements. •Coordinate projects and enhancements across business teams, IT groups, and vendors. •Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts to support successful project delivery. •Support testing, user acceptance, implementation, and post-launch activities. •Analyze and troubleshoot system and process issues. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools. •Monday through Friday, daytime hours. This position is onsite at our La Crosse Campus.
