Qualified candidates must live within a daily commutable distance of Casey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA and be willing to work onsite Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support procurement, receipt and deployment of hardware and software assets in alignment with IT Asset Management policies and procedures. •Accurately define, record, and maintain IT asset data across Store Support Center, stores, and third-party sites. •Manage asset disposal processes, including documentation and coordination with third party vendors and Accounting to ensure proper tracking and compliance. •Partner cross-functionally with Accounting to verify receipt, issuance, and documentation of equipment; track and reconcile invoices, proactively resolving discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary. •Assist in determining and maintaining appropriate safety stock levels for IT assets such as laptops, monitors, servers, headphones, printers, Pin Pads, Point of Sale Devices, Network Switches, Access Points, Registers, and Mobile Devices. •Actively facilitate and support tracking and management of software licenses, warranties, and maintenance agreements in accordance with established policies. •Contribute to the documentation and execution of testing procedures for software and hardware to ensure compatibility with Casey’s systems. •Partner with the IT Help Desk to facilitate IT asset deployment and support at store locations. Qualifications: •This position requires authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future. Experience with IT Asset Management and accounting practices. •General knowledge of network and IT infrastructure equipment. •Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. •Detail oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset to identify improvement opportunities. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Outlook, etc. Advanced Excel skills are required. •Work is primarily performed in an office setting with occasional work time spent in a warehouse and/or store setting. •Minimal travel may be required, which could include overnight stays.
