This role combines asset reporting and analysis, purchasing and license administration, inventory management, and growing ServiceNow process ownership. •The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and experienced with ServiceNow workflows, dashboards, approvals, service catalog guidance, and documentation. •Asset and Inventory Management (25%) •Conduct weekly stockroom inventory checks and reconcile asset counts. •Track laptops, hardware, assigned assets, and inventory movements. •Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies. •Help standardize and improve IT asset management procedures. •Maintain accurate asset records throughout the asset lifecycle. Qualifications: •Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, reconciliation, data analysis, and data validation. •Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with end users, management, vendors, and internal IT teams. •Desktop support or end-user support experience.
