Required Skills: •Provide daily end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. •Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory (users, groups, computers). •Manage phone systems, badge access provisioning, and A/V conferencing tools. •Coordinate incident and trouble response using ServiceNow ITSM platform. •Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint •AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Syncplicity, Teamcenter/CATIA •Provide mobile device support, including Microsoft Authenticator and mobile Office apps. •Troubleshoot and support wired/wireless networks, DHCP, VLANs, and IPAM.
