Resume tips available here •This position requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience in performing IT business analysis functions. •Translating complex business, technical, and system information into clear language while evaluating business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical technology or process solutions. •Applying advanced problem-solving skills, including problem definition, information gathering, research, root-cause analysis, alternatives analysis, solution development, and implementation. •Collaborating effectively with developers, testers, project managers, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the system development life cycle. •Managing and prioritizing multiple assignments and deadlines, working independently and/or collaboratively as a team identifying emerging issues, and recommending alternative solutions. •Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a manner that facilitates mutual understanding. •Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem-solving to deliver positive user experiences. •Demonstrated understanding of the Healthcare programs the Department of Human Services, and MNsure oversees or administers in collaboration with their partners. •Solid functional working knowledge of business approaches such as System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Rationale Unified Process (RUP) and methodologies such as Business Process Modeling (BPM), Unified Modeling Language (UML), Lean Kaizen, structured English, Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
