Required Skills: •Administer and configure the ERP system (Epicor preferred): manage users, security roles, modules, workflows and customizations; implement upgrades and apply patches with minimal disruption. •Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for servers, Windows workstations, network devices and Microsoft 365 services; resolve incidents and escalations promptly. •Maintain and administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, SQL Server databases and backups; monitor performance and execute maintenance tasks. •Manage network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs and wireless; ensure reliable connectivity for production and office sites. •Support integrations between ERP and other systems (manufacturing equipment, MES, CRM, ecommerce, third-party applications); create and maintain data interfaces and APIs. •Configure and maintain content management systems (CMS) and internal portals used for documentation, knowledge sharing and shop-floor instructions. •Implement IT security best practices: manage patching, antivirus, vulnerability scans, access controls and disaster recovery plans. •Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, finance and operations teams to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements and improve business processes. Qualifications: •Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience; related certifications (e.g., MCSA, Microsoft 365, CCNA) a plus. •Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server and Microsoft 365 administration. •Operational familiarity with ERP integrations, APIs and data exchange between manufacturing systems and business applications. •Practical experience in a manufacturing environment or supporting production systems and shop-floor technologies. •Proven ability to configure systems, apply patches and perform upgrades with minimal downtime. •Solid understanding of IT security principles, backup/recovery strategies and business continuity planning. •Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train non-technical users and collaborate across teams. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure; attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
