Qualifications: •S. Degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science. •Advanced M.S. in Materials Science is highly preferred. •Nickle based super alloy background preferred. •Knowledge of computer software. Adept at Microsoft Office to communicate with customers and internal management current sales and deliver impacts. •Able to effectively communicate complex thoughts and procedures to all levels of the organization. •Travel to other facilities as needed (~25%) •Excellent written and oral communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to deal with ease under pressure from a fast paced production schedule, customer demands, operational and managerial conflicts •Able to convey technical and conceptual material to individuals at all levels in customer organizations as well as in Wyman-Gordon business unit. •Able to drive change across multiple facilities/states.
