Hiring: IRB Specialist II Company: Actalent Location: Orlando, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 12:03:02 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Regulatory Compliance About the job Required Skills: •Read and interpret current regulations, guidelines, and trends influencing human subject research. •Interact with management and staff to provide information, guidance, and ensure integrity in research activities. •Assist in the development, updating, and communication of policies and procedures in research administration. •Monitor, review, and report on performance measures, and audit and monitor studies and consent processes. •Conduct educational classes specific to human subject research for researchers and IRB members. •Counsel investigators and support staff in resolving IRB committee issues. •Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business administration, finance, accounting, or a research-related field, with three years of IRB or research-related experience in an academic or medical setting. •OR an Associate's degree in the same fields with five years of IRB or research-related experience in an academic or medical setting.
