Today, we’re the fastest email experience in the world - and one our customers truly love. •In This Role, You Will •Identify and personally own the highest-complexity, highest-impact engineering initiatives spanning multiple teams. •Own the one-to-two-year technical vision for our mobile platform: architecture, technical foundations, and the roadmap of investments that keep us fast and reliable as we scale. •Partner with the PM and EM to define product strategy — where we go, why, and how — grounded in a deep understanding of the user, the goals, and the metrics that matter, and then drive execution to get there. •Mentor and coach senior engineers to grow in execution, judgment, and influence. •Drive alignment across functions, navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity to proactively land the right outcomes.
