Required Skills: •Working directly alongside the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer, this dual-function role covers both investor relations and daily investment operations. Operating within a lean, agile team, you will receive extensive front-to-back exposure across fundraising, client reporting, trade support, and compliance workflows. •Investor Relations & Business Development •Develop and execute fundraising initiatives across institutional, RIA, family office, and consultant channels. •Sourcing, tracking, and closing prospects through the end-to-end investor lifecycle. •Maintain and update pitch decks, DDQs, RFPs, and investor reporting infrastructure. •: Partner with investment and legal/compliance teams to manage due diligence requests. •Own the firm’s CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and data integrity. •Represent the firm at investor meetings, roadshows, and industry conferences. Qualifications: •2–5 years of institutional investor relations, capital raising, or fund operations experience within asset management (equity strategy experience preferred). •Applied hands-on capability in hedge fund OMS/EMS platforms, SMAs, subscription documentation, and daily fund workflows. •Advanced Excel proficiency; hands-on experience utilizing modern tech and AI platforms (e.g., Claude) to optimize workflows. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; polished, professional, and client-ready with a strong instinct for positioning. •Highly organized, self-directed, and solution-oriented with the agility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
