Required Skills: •Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors and serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries. •Prepare and partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quarterly reports, annual reports, and other investor communications. •Coordinate investor onboarding processes, including subscription documentation and KYC/AML requirements. •Oversee and maintain the investor portal and related communications. •Support ad hoc investor requests and information needs. •Fundraising Project Management Role •Support all phases of fundraising activities and capital formation efforts. •Serve as central coordinator for Capital Formation workstreams Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field. •Prior exposure to fundraising, institutional investors, or capital raising activities strongly preferred. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. •Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. •High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms •· Ability to work effectively across investment, finance, legal, compliance, and external service provider teams.
