Working alongside senior leadership, including the Partners and CFO/Chief Compliance Officer, this individual will support existing limited partners while contributing to future fundraising campaigns. •This position offers broad exposure across investor relations, marketing, fundraising, and strategic communications. Success in the role requires exceptional organization, strong financial literacy, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. •Coordinate the production and distribution of quarterly investor reporting packages. •Prepare investor updates, capital notices, annual meeting materials, and other communications throughout the year. •Partner with finance and investment professionals to collect, validate, and organize information included in investor reporting. •Maintain electronic investor resources, including virtual data rooms and document repositories. •Capital Raising & Business Development •Assist with fundraising initiatives by developing and updating offering memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, presentation materials, and related marketing documents. Qualifications: •Approximately three to five years of experience supporting investor relations, fundraising, institutional marketing, or client communications within private equity, alternative asset management, or a related investment environment. •Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce polished, professional materials for institutional investors. •Strong presentation and interpersonal communication abilities. •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with experience using CRM platforms. Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is highly desirable. •Solid understanding of private equity fund performance, portfolio analytics, and investment concepts, with the ability to translate financial information into clear investor messaging. •Demonstrated initiative in improving processes, introducing efficiencies, and implementing practical technology solutions. •Comfortable working independently while managing multiple concurrent projects with close attention to accuracy and deadlines. •Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate investor needs and resolve issues before they become obstacles. •Solid functional working knowledge of private equity fund structures, investor reporting practices, and distribution waterfalls is preferred. •FINRA Series 7 or Series 65 registration is beneficial but not required.
