Required Skills: •The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in executive stakeholder management, recruiting leadership, talent market strategy, executive recruiting, and organizational change, with a passion for building high-performing teams and continuously improving the recruiting experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. •Serve as the senior Talent Acquisition partner for New York Life Investments, advising executive leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and hiring priorities. •Develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives, anticipated growth, organizational changes, and evolving talent market conditions. •Build trusted relationships with senior leaders by providing consultative guidance, labor market intelligence, competitive insights, and talent recommendations. •Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights while balancing business needs with enterprise talent priorities. •Partner across Human Resources, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Workforce Planning to deliver integrated talent solutions. •Act as the primary recruiting leader for the Investments business, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition strategy and broader enterprise objectives. •Lead Executive Officer (EO) recruiting strategy for New York Life Investments, partnering closely with senior business leaders, HR leadership, and the Head of Talent Acquisition to identify, attract, and secure exceptional executive talent. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with Eightfold, SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies. •Executive search experience gained within a corporate talent acquisition function, executive search firm, or a combination of both. •Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
