The position will report to the Director of Strategic Planning and Operations for Franklin Equity. •How You Will Add Value •Serve as a trusted technology partner to Franklin Equity leadership and investment teams. •Partner with Director of Strategic Planning & Operations. CIOs, portfolio managers, analysts, and operations leaders to understand business priorities. •Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for fund and portfolio reporting. •Develop reporting solutions for performance, activity, holdings, portfolio statistics, and operations. •Identify opportunities to improve investment research, portfolio management, and operational workflows. •Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams and vendors. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. •Degree in business, finance, information technology, computer science, data analytics, or a related field preferred. •Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, SharePoint, Python scripting/automation •AI (LLM tools, MSFT Co-Pilot, AI/ML concepts) •Development/automation tools •Data/integration tools (Snowflake.
