Required Skills: •Responsible for supporting business development and retention activities through the maintenance and automation of marketing materials promoting investment management capabilities for US institutional, intermediary, and wealth management existing and prospective clients and consultants. •Serve as a project manager for assigned fund and strategy commentaries, pitchbooks, factsheets, product profiles and other existing marketing collateral, completing to a high-quality standard within guidelines and by deadline. •Lead and oversee sourcing data where data is not automated for marketing materials. •Participate in multiple, simultaneous projects and effectively communicate project status, issues, and resolutions. •Develop and produce ad hoc custom marketing PowerPoint presentations in cooperation with sales and compliance personnel. •Work in Seismic to support content maintenance, content management, data automation, and distribution needs. •Develop understanding of US regulatory rules in industry to support creation and maintenance of materials. •Support process improvement projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: •Asset management firm experience Compensation: •$60,000 - $104,500 / year •The expected salary range for this particular position is $60,000-$104,500, (Boston), $55,000-$95,000, (Minneapolis), depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
