Required Skills: •Support end-to-end investment lifecycle processing, including trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement. •Maintain and resolve cash and position reconciliation exceptions daily. •Provide fund accounting support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes. •Partner with offshore operational support teams to help ensure adherence to process controls and SLAs. •Monitor and maintain position reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across portfolios. •Provide support to the Fund Accounting and Controllership teams during monthly and quarterly close, helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. •Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the broader Investment Operations group. •Partner with KCS to provide SMA and client/reporting support, responding to client and internal reporting needs across SMAs and funds. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred. •Exposure to investment lifecycle concepts is a plus, e.g. cash management, corporate actions, loan processing, or credit activity processing (drawdowns, paydowns, rollovers). •Interest in developing expertise in institutional/alternative portfolio management and investment or insurance accounting solutions. •Operational familiarity with Geneva, Wall Street Office, or OMS/EMS platforms is a plus, not required. •Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. •Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. •Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach. •Proficiency in Excel required; experience with VBA, Visio, or data visualization tools is a plus. •Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and adaptability in managing evolving business needs.
