Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. •MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent credential preferred but not required. •3–6 years of investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, transaction advisory, or related experience. •In-depth knowledge of TMT industry trends and business models. •Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills. •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases such as Capital IQ, FactSet, Bloomberg, or PitchBook. •Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
