Required Skills: •Evaluate and analyze investment banking opportunities in life sciences and biotechnology. •Contribute to client positioning, messaging, and value proposition discussions. •Develop and maintain pitch materials for business development initiatives. •Conduct M&A assessments on behalf of clients, including strategic and financial analysis. •Actively facilitate and support drafting and due diligence process for IPOs, including S-1 preparation. •Accompany senior bankers to client meetings, pitches, and drafting sessions. •Develop a deep understanding of client pipeline candidates and their scientific, clinical, and competitive landscapes. •Conduct industry, company, and product research across various biotechnology therapeutic areas.
